Account deletion is handled by the administrator so your login, places, trips, files, and shared access can be removed cleanly.
Copy gives the recipient their own independent copy. Future edits do not sync.
Collaborate keeps one live trip shared with all collaborators. Collaborators can edit trip content. Owners can stop sharing; guests can leave and optionally keep a copy.
Deleting your own shared trip stops access for collaborators. Leaving a shared trip removes it from your account unless you keep a copy.
